 BRENDA DUKES and Billy (her husband of 33 years} reside in Columbia, SC. Together they have two sons, a daughter, two daughters-in-law and 5 grandchildren. She is retired from the hair industry as a stylist of 37 years. As an intercessor, with a strong prophetic gift and a passion for evangelism, she loves to worship the Lord, equip the body of Christ and encourage the saints to take risks and reach out to the lost through God's love and supernatural power encounters. She spent four years preaching the Good News of Jesus’ love weekly to teenage girls in Dept. of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). She served in several ministry areas for 7 years at Christian Life Church in Columbia, SC. During that time she ministered on the prayer team, taught various classes and workshops within the church and South Carolina School of Leadership (SCSL) and led the Treasure Hunt Outreach for SCSL. She graduated from the Bethel Atlanta School of Supernatural Ministry 1st year program. She was trained and participated in several training seminars and schools including “Global Awakening Empowered School” led by Randy Clark and “Love and Power School” with Todd White. In the fall of 2015 she founded Odyssey of the ARK ministries along with receiving her credentials as a licensed minister. She is the founder and lead instructor of an unique equipping workshop called Prophetic Training thru ART and also Kingdom of Heaven Conferences that are held in different venues and churches throughout South Carolina with plans to travel to other states in the near future.

 HeartSong Ministries is not a local church. We have no plans to become a local church. This ministry has no membership and does not receive any financial support. We are simply a gathering of believers who desire to meet periodically for the primary purpose of ministry unto the Lord in corporate worship, inspire and truth, and ministry to one another as led by the Holy Spirit.  We do not have a pastor but are being led unto His Presence through the music ministry of Shannon Hebert. Many of us have experienced the awesome presence of the Holy Spirit in various gatherings throughout the years and greatly desire to minister unto the Lord in a simple but powerful format of worship with other fervent believers.  We appreciate the ministry of local churches, which includes the solid, anointed, Biblical Teaching of the word, but this format is focused solely on ministry unto Him, and learning together to be more sensitive and responsive to His voice as we gather in one accord in His Presence. Awesome things happen in His Presence. His power and love are manifested as we worship. His gifts from the Body of believers are ministered. We draw close to Him and to each other. There is nothing that compares to His Presence. You are invited to join us for this intimate time of worship and spiritual growth as well as great fellowship with other believers who share a desire to draw close to Him and know His heart.
